Do you know of a fantastic Singaporean food product, restaurant, recipe or F&B personality that you are dying to share with the rest of the world?
Email me and if I think it's as cool as you do, I'll put up a post about it. Only food and wine related suggestions please. Thanks for your help.
Because I get emailed this question pretty often, I thought I'd share what camera gear I use. I shoot (mostly) with a Nikon D70 and a Nikon D200 (not pictured). I use three different lenses.
I have an 18-35mm 1:3.5-4.5, a 28-105mm 1:3.5-4.5D with Macro function, and a 50mm 1:1.4D. Of these, my favorite is my 50mm.
While I own both a studio flash and a portable flash, I like to shoot without one and love my Lastolite reflector.
